Exercise Classes
Susan teaches at her local Halo Leisure Centers. If you are looking to have a class in your area you can have as little as 4 in a class as long as you have a room big enough. She is able to teach these classes on a one-to-one basis or groups in their own environment.
Costs £40 per hour or £5.50 p/person min in group 10.
Term time bookings, eg. pay in advance up to half term, week off, pay in advance up till end of term. No classes in school holidays. (This is excellent for a group of mums who find night classes difficult and holidays difficult)
Susan Gardner is currently running classes in Aerobics, Tums and Bums, Freestyle Fitness Yoga, FitBall, Spinning, BODYPUMP BODYATTACK and BODYBALANCE at Leominster Leisure Centre.
Susan Gardner teaches classes for the non-fitness fanatic. The classes are basic and any level of fitness can take part: first-timers, people returning to exercise after an absence and people who prefer a low impact class. It does not matter if you have two left feet, you will be able to go at your own level and no-one is singled out. Lose inches, have more stamina, feel happier and healthier!

Aerobics
A workout which offers a complete body work out, from the aerobic content, to strength work, toning exercises with flexibility and stretching and all in one hour!
Any level of fitness can come along as the workout is tailored to meet your fitness levels.
The aerobic content is with easy to follow moves and at a pace we can all manage.
Strength work will help to improve the metabolism and increase the ability to carry, and lift ,as well as helping people increase strength in areas where injury may have occurred to assist in better posture and less repeat of injury site problems.
Toning exercises assist with loss of inches and a firmer body
Flexibility is an important part of our lives and will help with bending, reaching, and posture, with less chance of hurting yourself if you slip or fall.
Stretching again helps with posture, takes away the lactic acid build up after a workout, which in turn reduces post muscular pain. It gives people time to relax and lengthen the muscle fibres to prevent the build up of scarring and tightness around certain particular areas. It is important to exercise all aspects of the body to improve health, increase fitness levels, lower cholesterol, decrease stress levels, to increase stamina and to help you to sleep.
Step
A great aerobic workout taken up a step or too! Increased heart rate due to stepping makes this a more intensive workout with a lower impact than in an aerobics class or attack. Any level can try this class as participants will be offered alternative or low options.
Total Body Toning and Sculpting
Today's pace of life can lead to stress and physical problems.
This class will aid in toning and trimming the body; relieving stress and building up the core strength needed to carry out normal daily activities. You will work areas of the body to increase toning and fat loss e.g. arms, waist, hips and back. This is an ideal class for people who currently on a weight-reducing programme, returning to exercise after an absence, need to lose inches, or starting/maintaining an exercise programme.
Susan Gardner will take you through a fun packed hour of easy to follow exercises to all ages and abilities. You will leave feeling refreshed, and have more stamina. Over a number of weeks the body should look and feel more toned, strengthening will help with back, knee, and neck problems.

Freestyle Fitness Yoga
Freestyle Fitness Yoga Instructors are taught how to understand Yoga postures from an anatomical and physiological perspective. This means that they can provide a unique stand-point on traditional Yoga. They understand their students potential for strength gains and their limitations for flexibility resulting in constant progression.
FFY is a fitness program that incorporates stretch, strength & Yoga postures.
Every element of FFY is validated from a fitness perspective. Any one taking part in a FFY class can expect to improve their strength and flexibility, seeing the benefits within 8 weeks. They will learn how to understand their bodies and begin to move more effectively and efficiently, improving posture, self awareness and confidence.
